Description
This is a portrait of a superhero I created named ManHunter (sorta a take off of Batman). She's actually a somewhat nude character (ok, a naked female Batman) so I'm not likely to post anymore pictures of her.
I based the likeness and pose for this pic on a picture of a fairly obvious actress. Generally when drawing portraits of superheroes I prefer to use a mish mash of different photos for refs and don't like to copy 1 photo too much so this one is a bit of a fluke.

Actually its the full celebity portraits I'm not doing anymore. Its just too hard to keep the right amount of focus and obsession to get them to look exactly like the celebrity (or as close as I can usually manage). The superhero shaded portraits are just more fun cause they're not supposed to look exactly like any person in particular and I can be more loose with them.
I'll be dong more of those in the future.
