excellent shading, it looks very realistic, I like the effect of the crosshatching of the pencils along the scarf and neck.
The way you've made the splotches solid black really enhances the picture.
Rorschach is my favourite character from the Watchmen because he is the most fascinating example of how the superheros blur the line between good and evil... he's one of the more horrific "heroes", yet he does what he does out of a sense of what's right, and in the end he almost seems to be the most noble character.
