In the future, I'll tell her about how I felt and that I still support gays AT THANKSGIVING. She won't be able to complain about it then because it will be at a table away from her and it's a holiday to show thanks and be grateful, not to complain.
Soon gay marriage is going to be legal. So.. Your constant whining and quoting from the bible isn't going to change peoples opinion. So if what you're say is "true" then how come a lot of people support and love gays? Because its your opinion. A fact is something that everyone has to agree with. For example: Cats have sharp teeth. That's a fact right? Nobody can disagree because its an absolute fact. When you people say gays are sinners and demons from hell, others look at you like you're nuts and don't want to be around you.
Generally people supporting gay marriage do not view their views as mere opinions. Every time I comment on subject, I usually state just that and start actually explaining my views. Seeing how you were immediately telling me to gtfo after I stated a fact shows you're at least somewhat immature and overly certain with your views.
That's that just the tip of the iceberg with all the things that are wrong with your comment. First of all, you automatically assumed that I quote the Bible in order to justify my views. Assuming you don't know a thing about me, that's a prejudgement of my possible arguments.
Secondly, I could list you dozens of popular beliefs that are false and downright ridiculous. As for cats' sharp teeth, we can clearly see that's true. The given claim can be proven as easily as looking at something physically existing. This whole gay marriage debate couldn't be more different of a story! You have no proof. Nobody have. There's only tons of evidence, that people like you mistakenly sees as a proof for their views, and other tons to show they're wrong.
For example, gay gene is as much of a myth as unicorns are. Not a single individual gene has the power to singlehandedly determine one's sexual orientation. Perhaps some mental illnesses can cause homosexuality among other immoral behaviours, but for a healthy person it's always a choice, just like any other form of interest people may have. It's complicated, yes, it has many factors, yes, but the point is, it's just an interest among others.

I support gay rights because love is love and it doesn't matter what other people think. They can't change you. Only you can change you, but it's always better to just be yourself. It really makes me sad that most places ban gay marriage just because there are people who are against it. Who cares what they think? Gays just want to be with their boyfriend/girlfriend. There's no stopping true love. We'll just keep on fighting until gays everywhere can have the freedom to be with their love!
